These conditions are often interdependent,and when choosing an evaporative condenser,price and quality are important factors to consider.However,in the actual production process,in order to improve the production quality and durability of the equipment,better materials will be added or used,which will increase the production cost to a certain extent and directly increase the price.
There are several evaluation methods for evaporative condensers:
1.Evaluate according to the calculated cooling water temperature;
2.Evaluate according to the measured cooling water temperature.
In addition,several key points that are easily overlooked are:
1.Selection of condensation temperature and inlet temperature of rheumatic bulb
Under a fixed condensation heat load,the condensation temperature of refrigerant vapor is closely related to the temperature of the inlet air sphere,which is also related to the climatic conditions in various regions.Therefore,according to the evaporative condenser standard formulated by the Ministry of Machinery Industry in 1982,the condensation temperature is set at 35℃,and the temperature of the air inlet is set at 27℃.
2.On the selection of air distribution volume
Air distribution refers to the ratio of air volume to cooling capacity.The air distribution volume is related to the wet bulb temperature of the inlet air.The higher the wet bulb temperature of the inlet air,the greater the required air distribution volume.However,considering energy conservation,both internal and external factors tend to choose smaller air distribution volumes.The standard for evaporative condensers formulated by the Ministry of Machinery Industry in 1982 requires a distribution air volume of less than 45.3m3/1000kJ.
3.On the Selection of Water Distribution Quantity
Water distribution refers to the ratio of spray water volume to cooling water volume.The water distribution should ensure that the water part wets the heat exchange surface,and excessive water distribution will only increase the power of the water pump and the loss of water dispersion.The standard for evaporative condensers formulated by the Ministry of Machinery Industry in 1982 stipulates that the water distribution should not exceed 0.043m3/1000kJ.
