1.Sink and suction filter
The sink should be regularly inspected,any impurities accumulated on the sink or filter should be removed,and the float should be adjusted to the level according to the design requirements.The sink should be drained once or multiple times a quarter,and any mud accumulated inside should be washed away with clean water.If it cannot be cleaned regularly,the mud will become corrosive and weaken the protective effect of the rust prevention layer.After the water tank is cleaned,the filter should be sprinkled,cleaned,and reinstalled,and then fresh water should be injected into the water tank.
2.Makeup valve
The floating ball water replenishment device is a standard device installed in the equipment to control water replenishment.It is installed inside the equipment sink and is easily accessible outside the air inlet.
The water replenishment device is composed of a copper water replenishment valve,which is connected to the floating ball arm device and controlled by a large diameter polyethylene plastic floating ball.The floating ball is installed on a threaded rod and fixed by a wing nut.The operating water level in the sink can be adjusted by changing the position of the floating ball and threaded rod of the wing nut.
The water replenishment device should be inspected once a month and necessary adjustments should be made.The valve should be checked for leakage once a year,and the valve seat should be replaced if necessary.In order to maintain normal operation,the make-up water pressure should be maintained between 103kpa and 345kpa.
In order to set the initial water level of the tank,when the water level in the tank is below the overflow level of 10mm,this setting can maintain the operating water level at 19mm.It is necessary to adjust the makeup float valve to obtain the appropriate operating water level.During the initial 24-hour operation,the tank should be closely monitored and the water level should be adjusted if necessary.

Electronic water level controllers can be used to replace the mechanical water replenishment device mentioned above.This instrument consists of a probe type liquid level controller and an electromagnetic valve.Stainless steel electrodes can extend from the electrode head to the water pan.These electrodes must be cleaned regularly to prevent corrosion,mud,or biological accumulation from affecting circuit sensitivity.With electronic water level controllers,the water level can be maintained at a reasonable operating level without considering changes in the system's thermal load.
3.Fan motor
The standard fan motor used on the evaporative condenser is a fully enclosed motor with lubricated bearings and specialized moisture-proof protection for bearings,shafts,and windings.During operation,the outer surface of the motor should be cleaned at least quarterly to ensure normal cooling of the motor.Before restarting the motor,an insulation gauge should be used to test the insulation performance of the motor.
Operation:lubricate the bearings after every 2000 hours of operation or every three months.
Seasonal shutdown:During long-term parking or parking,new lubricating oil should be injected into the bearings.
4.Nozzles and heat transfer components

The nozzle and heat transfer components should be inspected and cleaned once a month,and the following steps can be followed:
(1)Check if the nozzle is spraying normally.
(2)Clean all clogged nozzles,if necessary,remove the nozzles and clean the plastic holes,reinstall and tighten them.
(3)Check the coil and PVC heat exchange layer,and repair all areas with corrosion,damage,and obstruction of water spraying.
(4)When the ambient temperature is low,the coil can run dry for a period of time and then wet,but the circulating water pump cannot be frequently started or stopped.Frequent starting or stopping of the circulating water pump can cause scaling on the coil and reduce the heat transfer performance of the equipment.
